Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 26, 2026
Welcome to Mushroom Hill's Chews. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales made through the Amazon Marketplace or our direct channels are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
Due to the organic and perishable nature of our doggy treats and soil amendments (worm castings/tea), we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our controlled farm environment.
2. Sales Channel
Mushroom Hill's Chews products are officially sold through the Amazon Marketplace. All transactions, shipping, and initial customer disputes are governed by Amazon’s platform terms in conjunction with these specific business terms.
3. Product Variations & Marketing
We strive for accuracy in our descriptions, however, as our treats and worm castings are 100% natural, organic, and handcrafted, significant variations in color, texture, and appearance will occur.
The appearance of both the packaging and the treats themselves varies naturally due to crop harvest times, seasonal changes, and environmental conditions. Please be advised that marketing appearances (including website photos and advertisements) are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the exact appearance of the product you will receive.
4. Limitation of Liability & Allergy Warning
Mushroom Hill's Chews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the items.
IMPORTANT ALLERGY NOTICE:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of their dog's specific allergies and dietary restrictions. Our treats contain natural ingredients including, but not limited to, sweet potatoes, blueberries, and eggs.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Mushroom Hill's Chews is not responsible for any allergic reactions, illness, or medical conditions that may arise from the consumption of our products. Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing new treats into your dog's diet, especially if they have known sensitivities.
